Describe what you were trying to do, what happened, and any error message. If you send a screenshot, remove private information. Do not email passwords, access tokens, government identifiers, or other sensitive credentials.
Privacy and deletion requests
For questions about information controlled by InSight Consulting LLC, or to request access, correction, or deletion, email the same address with “CareerScout Privacy Request” or “CareerScout Data Deletion Request” in the subject. The plugin’s evaluation workflow does not normally create a saved résumé or career-profile record. Provider logs and historical backup copies may follow separate retention cycles.
ChatGPT conversations and uploaded documents are managed separately through your OpenAI account and its data controls.
